Adverse Possession vs. Probate

Does the clock start running on establishing adverse possession when the property is part of a will that has been filed but no letters testamentary have been issued and, therefore, the property has not been distributed? If so, who is the legal adversary to the adverse possessor?

Adverse possession starts to run when the property is adversely possessed...nothing more, nothing less.
