Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
I have an ajustable rate mortgage which i would like to get a fixt rate, this person from a Real Estate office in the Bronx told me she could get me a fixt rate and it would cost $4,000.00 i gave her $4,000.00 in three parts and this very day this woman can not give an account for my hard hearn $$$ she did not give me any paper work, plus she told me the company that was takeing care of modification has been splitup and she cannot give me the name of the company so i could sue the. i would like some help from the Attorney general , i would like to get my money back . I realise thess people are crooks.
A nother company said they could help me to get my loan modify i gave them $ 2,200.00 and they did not do anything my Bank Cancle the modification because the attorney was not lidget. I PLEASE! PLEASE! get me some HELP! send me a form from the Attorey General so i could full it out with the name and address of these thiefs.
