Apartment sharing
I am the leaseholder of a 3 bedroom apartment. The 2 roommates I share with are not, co-tenants--they are subletters. My lease has a clause requiring written permission from the landlord to sublet, but he chooses not to enforce it. I now want my roommates to move out. How should I go about this? I have already asked them to leave, but neither of them are making any effort to leave. Do I have the right to make them leave?

If they do not move out voluntarily you will most likely need to file summary proceedings in Housing Court and have them served with proper papers.
