The question is a little scattered. This BBS is the wrong place for this kind of problem: you need an attorney. If you are concerned that the attorney has stolen from you or otherwise dealt unfairly with you, you should contact the county Bar Association's grievance committee. They will talk to you and make appropriate inquiries of the attorney whom you mistrust. If you have been defrauded, there is a fund administered by the Courts to cover at least some of your losses while the disbarment proceedings go forward.
