Re: Is an attorney necessary?

Having an attorney in any type of land or property purchase while not necessary or mandatory is definitely highly reccomended, there are many factors in property sales that most lay people are not familiar with. While a straight land purchase for cash is a simpler type of deal I would never reccomend anyone to go into any type of real property purchase or sale without the assistance of legal counsel. Also due to the relative simplicity we could certainly offer you a discount off the standard rate for a closing fee. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.

Unless you know all the laws involved, an attorney should be hired. Make sure you do a title search. Good luck.
