Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
I bought a home on land contract in New York seller signed the deed and other required paperwork wich was filed. Then the county clerk said the signature and notary pages needed be fixed now the seller is refusing to re sign the deed until I pay an additional amount for a shed wich was not in our written agreement. What would be my best course of action

You could sue for specific performance of the contract and for damages.

I agree with Arnold but if you cannot recover your costs and fees buying the shed may be wrong but less expensive in the long run.
