broker license
hi, i would like to ask a question which applies to all US states and international as well.
let's say i have a real estate website, and i want my users to include realtors as well, where they are charged a fee for providing services to other people, do i need a broker license or anything?
thanks in advance

Re: broker license
No, as long as it is clear you are not acting as a realtor.

Re: broker license
If the fee is unrelated to the broker's services (e.g., a fee for being listed on your website not tied to the amount of any commission) you should be OK. If the fee is in any way related to the commission, you would need to be licensed.
