Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
My buyer did not obtain a mortgage in the specified time in contract. I agreed verbally to a two week extension, then another two weeks verbal extension. We are in the middle of the second week. Do I have to wait the full two weeks to cancel or can I cancel now? (New York Property.)

Yes, I think you should wait till the full expiration . You should send him a letter advising of your intended termination of the contract based in expiration of time for the financing.
