Buying out of a coop

What form do I use to get a portion from a sale of a coop. Someone is buying me out. Just want it in writing before we go to closing. Thank you.

A Coop contract of sale. Uou should have a lawyer negotiate and prepare this for you.

You can google for a contract but you really should have an attorney do this or you may end up personally liable for their actions after you're gone. :-)
