Buying property with an exsisting lienq
my husband and I bought property and went to file the dead when we discoverd that the property was sold to us with an exsisting lien on it. What can be done to the seller for not informing us of an exsisting lien?

If you purchased the property with title insurance, you should be making a claim to the insurance company to remove the lien.
If the seller gave you a warranty deed, a claim may be made against the seller for violating the warranty by not delivering clear title to the house.
