Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Cable TV satellite dish condo

My ofice is a condo. The design is that there is no

private space like balcony that I can install a satellite dish.

I am a disabled physician, due to polio.

I stopped going to hospitals and I limit my practice to office practice,

The condo m,angement will not let me install a dis antenna, and will not provide me a cable access.

I depend on distance learnig to keep up with my medicine.

Can you suggest me what I should do, can I pay for it and get acable wire fromn the pole and run it on the back of the building to my uniteven if the managemnt objects. Is athere a simple legal proceedure wher i can force the managemnt not to object to this.

No, there is no "simple" way to force the LL to accomadate you, however, I believe that the ADA may be the tool to force their hand. If you wish to discuss this, call me at 516-780-0270
