cancelling a lease aggreement
can I cancel a signed lease?the problems, poor credit ratings, has moved many times, questional credit report as to addresses, income, ratings etc. has not given me referances and has requested the realestate rep. not to contact her past landlord. the moveing date is in 1 month. I have 1 months security. thank you,

Why would you sign a lease before seeing references, credit report, etc.
