Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
changing names on deed
We would like to add my name to the deed of my mother's home. There is no morgage on the home and the name of my deceased father is still on the deed.

The owner (mother) has to sign and file a quitclaim deed to the new owners (mother and child).
