changing power of attorney
We would like to change the name of the person on the deed of our house that has power of attorney. It is our grandfather and he is sick and elderly.

If you mean to say that you'd like to remove your grandfather's name from the deed, you must have him either sign a new deed conveying his interest to you or have him execute a Power of Attorney allowing you to do so. However, if you choose the latter, it will be scrutinized by the title company as it would be extremely self-serving.
