City Sewage Backup
My finished basement incurred approximately $40K of damage from a city sewage backup. Does the city have any responsibility in covering the damages?

Re: City Sewage Backup
The City might very well be liable for the damage incurred in your basement depending on the circumstances. If so a special notice of claim must be filed against the city very quickly. This area of law is our specialty; however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
