Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
We closed on a condo mid July and moved in the end of July 2016. Last week (end of September) we read in the local paper that the property across the street from us was declared a superfund site. We were never given any knowledge of this by the seller or his real estate broker. Do we have any recourse?
