Closing Cost

For closing on my codo, the seller lawyer verbally told my attorney the amount I need for closing. They did not have a list (breakdown )ready at the closing. They said they will send it later. After 3 months now, I have not received any closing cost statement. I don't know how much was charged for what? What I need to do?

You need to send a letter to your attorney demanding a closing statement.
