Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
On a commercial foreclosure (Borrower is a LLC) how does the lender supposed to serve the summons & complaint?
I wasn't served direct, the only one who was served is the Secretary of state. Is there any way to stop this foreclosure by saying I wasn't knew about this summons & complaint?

When you set up your LLC, you designated the Secretary of State as your agent to accept process. It is the same as if you had been served in person.
