Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

contract-home

I applied for a hardship loan from the Teachers Retirement System where my money is and they said I need an offical contract of sale for a home in order to get my money. I would like to see the form they are talking about? correct document needed.

Re: contract-home

The TRS wants a copy of your signed Contract of Sale. Otherwise, you will incur a penalty for early withdrawal of your TDA money. Feel free to call me at area code of 914, #4782981 for a free consultation, or if you require assistance with the closing.

Re: contract-home

It is not a form. It is the actual contract that you will have signed for the purchase of the home.

Feel free to contact this former UFT member/teacher at the 845 area code # of 8782163 for a free consult or any closing.

Regards,
