Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Coop sales

In a co-op sales, is there a timeframe that the buyer has the right to cancel the contract? Is there a time frame in which the board must meet the prospective buyers? Can the management company be held liable if they purposely witholding the sales application due to a conflict of interest (mgmt company is a realtor, but the seller did not go with them)?

Re: Coop sales

Your contract should lay out the time frame in which the buyer must perform its obligations and the conditions under which it may cancel, if any. You need to provide more details about the situation with the management company.
