Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

After the death of my father the property was transfered to my mother's name with mine and my brother's consent.Now, can I claim my share if my mother wants to give the whole proprty to my younger brother?

Assuming that the property was solely in your father's name at his death, your consent to transfer the property to your mother may well have constituted a waiver of your share.
