i have a chapter 13 bankruptcy. can i deed my property to my brother?

In order to do any real estate transactions while in chapter 13 bankruptcy, you must obtain the approval of the court.
You should go back to the attorney who placed you in bankruptcy and he should petition the court with appropriate notice to your creditors, and to the trustee.
