Deed correction
I was not added on to the dee of my home when it was purchased because of credit problems but now i would like my name to go on the deed and the title. What forms do i need to fill out for this?

A new Deed needs to be prepared by the current person who holds title, that transfers title to you and him/herself; and the Mortgage Lender should also be advised or Consent to your name being placed on the DEED

You also need to complete form RP 5217 (equalization form)and TP 584 (NYS Transfer form)as well as a new deed and smoke alarm affidavit. All forms must be filed w/ county clerk land records.Need help, let me know.
