deed information

My fiance at the time, purchased a housetogether-he paid it off in full. The deed states joint tenants in common with survivorship. I did not contribute any money into the purchase ofth home and it was my understanding that the half of the home was a gift. Both names are on the deed. If a breakup occurs in the relaionship is the home a 50-50 split.

No. The court would look at each parties contribution to the premises and assign a %.
