deed
My question relates to a wife owns a home and wishes to share ownership with a husband. Where does she get the proper Deed forms and what are they.

The deed is the easy part. It must be in recordable form with the proper cover pages. Why not just paty an attorney and let him take care of the filing and the fees? It will save you time and aggrevation if the deed is bounced for beng in improper form.
