Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

deed transfer

Mother transferred house to me and my wife.

After four years she wants house back.

Mother lives in house with us in own apartment.

She now has another son living with her and is afraid he will be thrown out after her death.

Can she take us to court to regain title to house?

Not generally unless there was some sort of fraud involved.
