If I have a deeded easement to use a dirt road to access my property, can I give permission to someone who borders the other side of my property permission to cross my proerty and use that right of way?

No. Only the owner can grant an easement. Technically, by attempting to grant easement rights to a third party, you may have cancelled the easement. Don't do it.
