Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
I designed an exhibition several years ago and recently another gallery has asked the original gallery to show the exhibition. The client gallery has asked that I send them all files. The original work was done without a contract. I believe for illustration a publication has a one-time usage right. But does apply to graphic design?

Maybe. It depends on whether the design is your intellectual property. It may well be, I'd have to see the elements and the whole.
