Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Divorce and real estate

I am presently going through a divorce. my wife and I own a house in Florida, where she is presently living with my daughter. I am the only one on the mortgage financially, I am paying the full mortgage. she is on the deed only. I found out not only is she living rent free, she has her boyfriend living there, and now took in a room mate, so she is now making money as well as living for free. do I have any rights to stop this madness? legally is there anything I can do?
