Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I am divorced over 13months now. Unfortunatley when we got divorced we agreed to sell the house and the proceeds for the house would be split evenly. We decided that we were adults and could live in the same house. We cant. The house has been on the market for about the same amout of time. The situation is getting hostile. He has taken to going thruogh my stuff and harassing me. I pay the mortgage every month and always haveand am never late. He pays all the other bills. I want to just be rid of the house. I dont care anymore. He can have it in full. I want to sign it over to him but he wont let me. I cant believe that I have no rights in this situation and have to be constantly sick or stressed because of a piece of property. Do I have rights? Can I just sign it over to him free and clear even if he doesnt want me to?
