Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
Druggie roommate
I have a roommate who I believe is involved in hard drugs. I don't know if he is dealing or just sharing. I would like to know what is the quickest way to get him out of my apartment.

Re: Druggie roommate
You can start a summary proceeding to have him evicted.
More direct, call the police and explain the situation and your roomate's purported illegal activity.

Alot depends on the circumstances involving your tenancy and the agreement between you & your roomate.
