Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Right of Way Easement

My easement states the following:

together with the right to use in common with the premises to the south known as 358 south 7th avenue, a common driveway now existing between the premises 356, south 7th avenue and 358 south 7th avenue. What exactly does this mean? I found out after the purchase of the home that about 1/4 of the drive way belongs to the neighbor and I have a right of way Easement to his property.
