easements are they grand fathered

My municipal services reach my property through my neighbors land. we cant find an easement on record.

Would this be something that is grand fathered and the neighbor can not make us move them?

Most utility easements are in perpetuity. Even if rights were never secured, 10 years of use under a belief that use was permitted would give the utility co. "adverse possession" of the easement.
