Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Easements

The property next to mine has been useing my driveway to get to their property for several years . Now I plan on shuting my driveway down . I have given them 60 days notice and they still haven't put in their own driveway . They do not have a right of way or an easement of any kind . Do they have any recoarse . They also have 120 feet of road frontage to their property in which to put in a driveway .

you may have created a permissive easement by not doing anything for many years

It depends upon how many years they have been using your driveway. How many years is several?
