Easiest way to transfer 10% ownership of home to spouse. My wife wants to give me 10% ownership of her home, no warranties, no fuss.

Since you are married it is not an easy answer. As husband and wife, you are life partners. Therefore, you are both entitled to equitable distribution of a marital asset.
The 10% distribution of a marital asset (it is a marital asset even if solely in wife's name) may be done through a deed or a post-marital or separation agreement.
