Engagement ring

i was engaged to be married she called it off i ask for the ring back she said no. it's a $5000.00 ring. whats my rights

You are entitled to either the ring or the ring's value. It does not matter who terminated the engagement. Depending on the county, you may want to sue in small claims court (usually $5,000 maximum) for the value of the ring.
