esrow account

i sold my house money was held in escrow untill tenante were out of the house they are out and my attorney is not releasing my escrow

More information is needed. In particular, what are the conditions in the escrow agreement. Wbere the tenants out timely? Did the escrow account for property damage?

Assuming you complied with all conditions in the escrow agreement, you have the right to the money. You should first send a written demand. If the demand is ignored, you may have a lawsuit, and possibly a claim with the lawyer's trust fund. The fund guarantees money held in a lawyer's escrow account.
