eviction
My landlord told me that I have to move out today because I was unable to find a co-signer for the lease. I have a 16mos.child who lives with me. My lanlord said that he expects me to pay up front 6mos. rent if I dont have a co-signer. I already live in the house that I am trying to rent, but really want to stay and rent. What can I do

Re: eviction
Let him tke you to court. This will buy you a little time.
Also, after the court proceedings are begun (or maybe even before) go to Social Services...it may be able to provide some rent monnies.
Good Luck
