eviction of a minor
mother moved to another apartment . and left her 15 year old daughter living in my house how do i go about getting the 15 year old out. she refuses to leave

Since she is a minor and the mother abandoned her, I would file a complaint with the Department of Social Services. They may take the child out of the house and place into foster care.
