Eviction Notice

Is there a way to resolve an eviction without going to court? This is after receipt of a 10 day notice.

Re: Eviction Notice

There is no method of evicting a residential tenant without the landlord obtaining a judgment of possession and warrant of eviction from a court having proper jurisdiction.
