Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Eviction

We have rented a property for a restaurant for 12 years now. Our lease had expired

2 years ago, but we had an option to renew for 5 years. The option was not exercised, because our landlord went bankrupt. The bank foreclosed on the property and it was auctioned off. The current landlord wants to evict us, does he have the right to do that? Also is there any kind of legal action I can take?
