Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My exfiance and I split up I'm the main borrower on mortgage and only one on deed she's just a cosighner on the note and wants off as cosigner but on paper a bank won't finance me alone and my credit got ruined I've been making the mortgage payments and haven't defaulted on loan can bank force me to sell or will they release her from loan or can she force me to sell

Not if she is not on the deed and there is no separate written agreement obligating you to do so.

As a non owner she cannot force you to sell. Bank would have no reason to release her if her income was used to make the loan
