Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My ex-husband had purchased a piece of property before we got a divorce many years later. The property was just sold.I wanted know am I entitled to the proceeds even though my name was not on the deed?

Unless it was specified in your divorce settlement, probably not. But you should have your settlement and/or orders reviewed if you have any questions about your entitlement.
