flood zone
seller disclosed property is in flood zone.he told me there was water in the basement during a hurricane.when i moved in, neighbors told me about a big flood that happened recently , alot of water intruded in the basement and garage.seller did not disclose details and severity of flood,can i sue him?

You can sue but winning is another matter. Once the flood zone and water in basement was disclosed you had some obligation to investigate further
