Foreclosure

My house recently was forclosed I owed 62,000.00 on the house but legal papers that I received say they bought the house for 79,000.00 I was wondering if I have a right to the difference in the amount?

You have a right to the difference between the mortgage amount plus legal fees and other costs associated with the foreclosure and the sale amount. Also, you might want to confirm that the sale price is reasonably related to the market price.
