Foreclosure
we are in he midst of forclosure. we have contacted a company that claims they can represent us and stop the foreclosure and get the mortgage company to do a modification of the mortgage and get us back to the regular payments. I already spoke with the mortgage company and go a forbarance which starts in nov. should i not have this company represent me in this.

I doubt it. Usually, they will want you to sign a deed of trust over to them which gives them title to the home.
