foreclosure / power of attorney

what can I do if my brother house is in foreclosure and he give me power of attorney can I put my name on the title so I can save the house. he wants to sell it and I live in the house and the real estate guy is treating me because he wants to sell the house and he wants me out. he said I cannot save the house so what do I do

Putting the title in your name will not save the house. You would be acquiring title subject to the mortgage.

What you can do is help your brother sell it so perhaps he will not lose everything.
