Re: Fraud

I am representing a judgment holder who had a lien on real property. The husband sold the property with the lien to the wife who then sold it to someone else. the husband, wife and the someone else was not represented by a lawyer.

My client was one of those individuals who purchased the property.

I immediately started an action agains the husband, and now the wife was involved an action based upon her involvement in defrauding creditors.

So you see it opens up a can of worms, and even for the other person who wound up with the property.

If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact me.
