Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
Giving Notice
In New York, by law how many months
notice must a tenant give a landlord in
a commercial space? is it different if
the building is privately owned and the
owner works in the building and rents
out rooms in his office space?

Re: Giving Notice
If there is a written agreement the tenant is bound by the language in the document. If there is only an oral agreement, 1 month notice.
