Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
My grandfather passed away last August and left me, my sister and brother a percentage of his home in NY. His wife has life estate of their home and has severed all ties with us. I am concerned she will transfer title of the home or sell it without our knowledge. Can we put a lien on the property based on his will?
